Warm Greetings from Meiji Gakuin University, Tokyo-Yokohama Japan.

The Meiji Gakuin University International Student Program (MGU-ISP) provides an opportunity for students from our exchange partners to learn about, and personally experience Japan for a period of one or two semesters. 

We are now pleased to inform you of nomination for MGU-ISP for Spring 2025.

 Nomination period:  From September 1st to October 1st 2024

Please fill out the attached “Nomination list for MGU-ISP for Spring 2025” and upload HERE during the above mentioned nomination period.

 [Application Documents] (All documents must be written in English or Japanese)

Please advise the nominated students to read carefully instructions on the web site below and prepare for the application.

Some documents may take time to prepare.

Please encourage the students to prepare them before starting online application. 

Application documents must be uploaded onto the online application. 

ONLY applicants who complete online application and upload required documents by the deadline will be reviewed for admission.

 Online application period:  From October 10th to 24th 2024

Instructions will be e-mailed to the nominated students at the beginning of October.

[Dormitory fee for MISH]

Please be advised that the room rent for the dorm Meiji Gakuin International Student House (MISH) will be raised to 80,000 yen per month from April 2025. The rent is inclusive of allutility costs and mandatory meal plan. The meal plan consists of breakfast and dinner on week days and Saturday. 

As for MG Okusawa House, there is no change about the fee.
