The winter semester 24/25: September 26th, 2024 – January 31st, 2025

The application procedure:

1. Nomination by the home university (by email)

2. Apply online (Write your name as in your passport)

3. Register with Mobility online ((after you have applied on-line, you will receive a registration email – if you can’t find it, please check your spam folder*)

4. Upload requested documents (CV, motivation, transcript… red check-boxes indicate mandatory uploads and are necessary to proceed)

5. Generate a pdf of the application form (clicking on that link in the form, will create a pdf)

6. Read the info sheet ( attached Handbook) on the learning agreement carefully, fill-in and sign the learning agreement

+ NON-EU- students, please download the blank learning agreement (see Handbook, page 14) and fill it in

7. Have the learning agreement signed (or electronically confirmed) by your home coordinator

8. Have the learning agreement signed (or electronically confirmed) by your home coordinator and upload your learning agreement or confirm that you have provided a digital learning agreement.
