Below you will find information about our nomination and application procedures for the 2ndst semester of the academic year 2024-2025.  If you are not the person responsible for exchange nominations, please let us know or forward this email to the person in charge.

Deadlines

Deadlines for 2nd semester (February – July 2025) exchange:

1. Nomination deadline: 30 October 2024
2. Application deadline for students: 5 November 2024

Nomination

You can nominate your student(s) via our online nomination portal by clicking the link below. The portal is open from 1 October 2024, 10:00(CET)

Please, be aware that we only accept nominations via this platform, all other forms of nomination will not be handled. Once the system is closed after the deadline, we will not be able to accept nominations.

Please use the password you have from the previous year.

Nomination of Double Degree Students

DD students are admitted as full time students, therefore their nomination and admission process is different and it is handled by the International Student Recruitment and Admissions team.

Please email the names and email addresses of the students you wish to nominate for a double degree program to miklos.janoki@uni-corvinus.hu until 15 October.

Applications can be submitted through „Dreamapply” using this link https://corvinus-university.dreamapply.com/courses/course/97-double-degree The deadline for application is 10 November.

Please share this link with your DD students. You can check the list of required documents by clicking on the link above.

Application

Students will be able to fill in their application form after you have nominated them and have sent them their login e-mail.

Once the students have submitted the online application, they receive an e-mail with further information about admission and course registration.

During the preliminary course registration period, your students should preferably take courses in the field of studies for which you nominate them. However, they will see the course offer for all fields of study, and they can take courses outside their field of study. Bachelor level students will see only Bachelor level courses, while Master level students will see Master level courses.

Online preliminary course registration period for incoming exchange students (Spring 2025): takes place from Monday, 09 December 2024 10:00 to Wednesday, 11 December 2024 23:59

Course registration works on a first come – first served basis. Students should keep in mind that some courses fill up quickly, so they should make sure to register for courses in their order of importance.

Final course registration period for the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year will take place from Monday, 10 February 2025 to Sunday, 16 February 2025. Students can add or drop courses during this period. Auxiliary course registration period will take place from Thursday, 20 February 2025 to Sunday, 23 February 2025 (add only, no subject deregistration)
